Lovely apartment for 4 in Altea's peaceful, sought-after Cap Negret area, with beach access.
Ideal for seaside relaxation and comfort. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and open wardrobe; the other with a trundle bed (90x190) for two, enclosed wardrobe and workspace. The open-plan kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, capsule and traditional coffee makers, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery.
A welcome kit includes oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, water and kitchen roll. The living/dining room has spectacular Mediterranean and Peñón de Ifach views, a table with 4 chairs, Smart TV, sofa and armchair.
Relax to the sound of the waves. The front balcony has a table, folding chairs, pallet sofa and workspace.
The rear balcony has a washing machine, drying rack, 4 beach chairs, parasol, small fridge and laundry products. The bathroom has a modern shower, washbasin, extractor fan, toilet paper, bath mat, soap, shower gel, shampoo and towels for each guest. Holiday rentals are available for stays of up to 10 days.
Longer stays require a seasonal rental contract under current regulations. Beach access: the direct steps are temporarily out of service following a storm.
Alternative access is available through the neighbouring property; directions are provided before arrival. Planned works: from late November 2026 to February 2027, Costas plans to build a seafront promenade in front of the building.
Works may cause noise, disruption and temporary changes to beach access.
