Bright, new, modern and with an unobstructed, beautiful view of the large garden: these are the advantages of the apartment in the Alte Tischlerei, which was renovated in 2023.
Then you'll love the furnishing idea with a mix of old and new! The apartment offers plenty of comfort and a good indoor climate, thanks to insulation, breathable lime paint and, last but not least, underfloor heating.

In addition to the apartment from 2023, there is also a law firm and an apartment on the first floor. The large building in the old town center of Hemmingstedt, built in 1907 and originally used as a residential building with an attached carpentry workshop, is now in its 4th generation of family ownership.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
