Ganz tolle Dachterasse.
Sehr freundlich ausgestattet.
Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob in der Beschreibung steht dass es eine sehr steile Treppe ist.
Schon eine gewisse Trittsicherheit von Vorteil.

Fahrradgarage vorhanden.
Alle (4) Matratzen müssten bald ersetzt werden. Das Ledersofa im Wohnzimmer ist auch schon arg in die Jahre gekommen und an einer Stelle arg durchgesessen.
Hinweis: Der Treppenaufgang (in die 1. Etage) ist recht steil angelegt.
NewDie Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
