The 1,500 m² property guarantees you complete privacy. In addition to the guest area, the villa has a small separate section used exclusively for private purposes.
During your stay, it remains locked and unoccupied.
You will be the only guests on the property; the pool, garden, and all outdoor areas are for your exclusive use. The guest area is spread over two floors.
Upstairs, you’ll find an air-conditioned living kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge (no oven). Downstairs are two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom.
The furnishings are traditionally Spanish: dark pine wood and light tiles. The Mediterranean garden with oleander, bougainvillea, and palms offers many places to relax—enjoy sea views under the palms or shelter in the courtyard.
The covered terrace invites you to dine while overlooking the city lights.
Sun loungers, a large dining table, and a barbecue are provided. The pool is located below the terrace and offers beautiful views of the sea and Montgó. Egal wo man hinschaut, es sieht alles wunderschön aus, der Pool, der Garten, die Nachbarhäuser, die Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist schnell in Denia und Javea.

Quizá por ponerle un pero, hay algunos pequeños detalles mejorables como que tienen un congelador en PB útil para mantener temporalmente bebidas frías para zona de piscina, pero lejos de la cocina en Planta primera.
