L'Olivo is a private holiday home in Marlia, Capannori, near Lucca, perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people.
Its location lets you enjoy the peaceful Lucchese countryside while being just minutes from Lucca’s historic center and about 25 minutes from the Versilia coast, with Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. The house is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area, kitchen, and a single sofa bed. Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom with sofa bed, a kids’ room with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the sleeping area. The highlight of L'Olivo is the private outdoor space: fenced pool (generally available from May to October), garden, large covered porch, barbecue, hot tub, and playground for children.
It’s the ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying summer days outdoors in complete privacy. The area is also great for sports and nature lovers: nearby you’ll find trails for trekking and cycling, horse riding, golf, climbing, paragliding, tennis, and yoga.
The Versilia coast offers surfing, SUP, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. L'Olivo is a great base for attending local events, including Lucca Comics & Games, Lucca Summer Festival, Puccini Festival, Verdemura, Murabilia, Lucca Film Festival, Lucca Marathon, Photolux, the Viareggio Carnival, and other regional happenings.
