Casa Mary is a charming, newly renovated detached house set in a private fenced garden in Camaiore, in the heart of Tuscany’s Versilia region.
With 40 m², it’s perfect for couples or families with older children seeking a peaceful holiday just minutes from the sea. The property is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all cooking essentials), and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is the double bedroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, heating, private washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, and bathroom essentials.
A cot and high chair are also available. Outside, there’s a furnished covered terrace, ideal for breakfast or relaxing outdoors.
A private parking space is included on the property. Shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias are just a short walk away.
The beach is about 10 minutes by car; Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, and Lido di Camaiore are easily reached; Pisa and Lucca are about 30 minutes away. Please note: The house has an internal staircase between the two floors, making it more suitable for couples or families with older children.
Mosquito repellents are available for guests on request. One pet is welcome.

La gentilezza della host, nell’appartamento c’era proprio tutto: indispensabile x cucina e bagno, una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, cialde per il caffè, tostapane, phon, spazio lavanderia, aria condizionata, arredo minimal ma di gusto.
La scala per salire in camera è un po’ “insidiosa”
