The modern 43 m² Design Loft in Gostenhof, centrally located in Nuremberg, accommodates up to five guests.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an extra pull-out bed for one person, and a bathroom with a rain shower.

Wi-Fi, TV, fan, workspace, and a baby cot are available for your use. The lively Gostenhof district with its cafés, bars, and small restaurants is only an eight-minute walk away.

The Pegnitzauen can be reached in two minutes by bike – ideal for relaxing walks along the river. Public parking and a charging station for electric cars are available nearby.

Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.

Both short- and long-term stays are possible. The Maximilianstraße underground station is just a two-minute walk away and offers quick connections to Nuremberg’s sights.

The main train station is five minutes away by underground, the main market six minutes, opera and theatre also six minutes, the airport twelve minutes, and the trade fair fifteen minutes.

Shops such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, and delicatessens are within walking distance.

Historical sites like the Albrecht Dürer House (ten minutes by bike), the Imperial Castle (twelve minutes), the Toy Museum (ten minutes), and the Schöner Brunnen (ten minutes) are also quickly accessible.
