Perched on a hill, this charming house offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and promises a peaceful stay close to nature.
The 55 m² house comprises:
- A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), air conditioning and a mosquito screen on the French door;
- A bright bathroom with a bathtub and a mosquito screen on the window;
- A separate toilet;
- A welcoming living area with an equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge with a sofa bed sleeping two additional guests.
The house also features:
- An enclosed front garden and a large garden with trees surrounding the house;
- Central heating for winter stays.
Animals (sheep and chickens) also bring a calming presence to the grounds.
An ideal location:
- Just a 15-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from the Dordogne River and its activities;
- 7 minutes from Le Bugue, with its shops, supermarkets and large, lively market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings;
- 5 minutes from Le Buisson-de-Cadouin, with its cinema and charming Friday morning market.

Il faut seulement préciser que le lieu est très calme , c'était notre choix .
C'est de changer la literie , prévoir un parasol pour éviter le soleil qui se reflette dans la déscente du toit qui est en toles transparentes , et prévoir des ustencils pour le barbecus et des tapettes pour éviter les mouches et les moustiques.

Une maison accueillante, décoration chaleureuse, avec toutes les commodités et les équipements nécessaires, et un bon chauffage par des températures extérieures glaciales pour ce nouvel an. Alentours très champêtres, calmes et beaux. Un endroit idéal pour découvrir le Périgord noir. Accueil très agréable de Catherine.
