Located in Beauvène on a one-hectare property, "La Casita" is a charming 80 m² cottage for up to 5 guests.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher) and a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed. There’s also a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
Upstairs, the 40 m² loft offers a sleeping area with a king-size bed that can be split into two singles, a double bed, and two single mattresses forming a bench.
A small Canadian wood stove provides a cozy atmosphere during cooler seasons.
Washing machine access is available at the host’s house.
Yoga equipment is provided.
Outdoors
A small terrace with barbecue is attached, plus a large terrace above the house with a majestic rock and spectacular views.
House & grounds
Attached to the main house where the owners live, this home has been largely renovated with eco-friendly materials.
Two shared parking spaces are available.
Location & surroundings
Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Ardèche mountains.
Hiking, mountain biking, and cycling trails start right from the house.
Rivers for swimming are 10–15 minutes away by car, others in 30 minutes.
Shops are 15–20 minutes by car.
