Located in Pontgibaud, Auvergne, this 70 m² apartment sleeps up to 8 guests and has 2 bedrooms, a living room and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.

You have your own TV and a cot for families with young children.

The apartment is at garden level, on level 2 of a 3-level building with several holiday rentals, above another unit.

It is well equipped for short or long stays. Enjoy access to a small shared outdoor courtyard and a communal garden where you can relax. Before you arrive: bed linen, towels and consumables (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.) are not provided.

Please bring your own. The property is old and its wooden floor may creak.

There is another unit below: please respect your neighbours' peace and quiet, especially in the evening and at night. Shared street parking is available, and pets are welcome.

Please note that events are not allowed and the accommodation is non-smoking. You will stay in the heart of a village in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, with all shops nearby and free parking in the square.

You are close to Vulcania, Lemptégy, the puy de Dôme and other volcanoes, with excellent opportunities for hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, water sports and other outdoor activities in this exceptional volcanic landscape.
