This 180 sqm holiday home in Collobrières accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two bedrooms are suitable for 2 people each, while the third can host up to 4 guests.
The house is ideal for 6 adults or two families with up to 4 children.
Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet.
The main staircase is well maintained but reflects the late 18th-century style of the house. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher.
The third floor features a summer kitchen with fridge and two-burner cooktop.
Amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the house (suitable for video calls, fiber optic, IPv6), satellite TV (three flat-screen TVs—one per floor with streaming services), washing machine, dryer, and a workspace.
The living room on the first floor offers comfortable seating, board games, and a DVD player with movies, and stays pleasantly cool in summer. Enjoy your private rooftop terrace with mountain views and a summer kitchen for relaxed evenings outdoors.
A sunshade can be set up, and a private electric grill completes the outdoor experience. Public parking is available nearby.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
You can store your bicycles in the private vaulted cellar. The house is centrally located in Collobrières near the historic "Le Pont Vieux" bridge.
A supermarket is just 50 m away.
