Located in La Teste-de-Buch, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this 25 m² guesthouse welcomes up to 2 guests in a spacious, quiet bedroom with a large bathroom overlooking the pool and garden.
Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, provided beach towels, and breakfast included, served on the terrace with a forest view.
The interior is on one level, and the property is surrounded by trees. Relax in the shared garden and on the open terrace in this wooded setting.
The shared outdoor pool is heated and open from May 15 to early October, weather permitting.
You also have access to shared table tennis. Street parking is available on the wide sidewalk in front of the house.
An electric gate with remote control gives access to the property.
A shared bike shelter is in the garden, with 2 bikes and 2 e-bikes at your disposal.
Events are not allowed on the property, and beach towels are provided. You are a 5-minute drive from Arcachon center and 8 minutes from the basin beaches near Pyla.
The famous Dune du Pyla is 12 minutes away, with parking available.
Ocean beaches are 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.
The Sunday market in La Teste is the largest in Gironde. Access is best by car due to unpaved roads.

Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Zimmer im Untergeschoss des Privathauses mit grossem Bad und direktem Zugang zu Pool und Garten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben (Restaurants, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten usw.). Der Hausherr spricht englisch.

Béatrice est une hôtesse parfaite, très disponible et arrangeante, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La chambre est agréable avec une bonne literie. La salle de bain est incroyable. Je n'ai pas profité de la piscine car le temps était trop frais. Petit déjeuner varié avec tantôt pain confiture, vienn...
