Located in Paimpol, Brittany, this 90 m² stone holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom with a double bed; upstairs, there’s another double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds.
The house features a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus a TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. There’s a bathroom with WC on the ground floor and an additional WC upstairs. Enjoy your own 200 m² landscaped, south-facing private garden, with an open terrace and barbecue.
The enclosed garden offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a peaceful setting to relax or dine al fresco. On-street parking is shared.
Events are not permitted on the property. You’re just 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach and a seawater pool.
Paimpol’s historic center, marina, and shops are 800 meters away.
The GR34 coastal path is 20 meters from your door, and the 13th-century Beauport Abbey is 900 meters away.
Bréhat Island is 6 km away.
Many activities such as swimming, fishing, sailing, sea kayaking, hiking, playgrounds, and leisure centers are within 100 meters.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The cleaning fee covers only the supply and washing of bed linen and towels; it does not replace daily cleaning.

Très bel endroit, à 2 pas de la "base de Poulafret" : petite plage de sable sur le G34. (baignable quelle que soit la marée), aire de jeux pour enfants très bien pensée.
Maison bien conçue, très agréable à vivre. Propriétaires réactifs et disponibles.
