Welcome to Suite Maraval, a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Périgord.
This 45 m² room in a host's home offers the comfort of independent accommodation, 10 minutes from Périgueux's historic centre and the A89 motorway. Enter independently through a private entrance at the rear of the house.
The spacious room is the only one upstairs and has a double bed (140 cm). For a third guest aged 2 or over, a single bed (90 cm) can be added on request for an extra fee. A cot for children up to 2 is available separately on request for an extra fee, without increasing guest capacity.
A sitting area with a corner sofa, TV and breakfast table completes the space.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels, soap and shampoo are provided. Breakfast is not served; you prepare it yourself.
Coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, biscuits/rusks, jam, a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hotplate and small fridge are provided.
There is no kitchen. Enjoy a portable air conditioner with night mode.
Fibre Wi-Fi and TV are included. Outside, a private terrace in the garden invites you to relax.
You have free access to the pool.
As it is directly in front of the living areas, please respect the peace and quiet so everyone can enjoy their stay. Two on-site parking spaces and a table tennis table.
No events allowed. Shops are a 5-minute drive away, with walking trails nearby.
Discover Périgueux and its Saint-Front Cathedral, local produce markets, renowned Périgord cuisine and nearby prehistoric sites.

L’indépendance de la chambre et l’accès à la piscine
Rien en particulier. Nous avions un peu peur du bruit de la Clim pour la nuit mais le ventilateur a suffit en cette période de canicule
Superbe suite tout confort tenue par des hôtes au petit soin.

La chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée, offre un cadre parfait pour des vacances agréables. L’accès à la piscine et à la table de ping-pong est un atout supplémentaire… Les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils et attentionnés, et ont pensé à tout ce qui pouvait accroître le confort et la détente des locataires.
