The bright, 70 m² apartment on the first floor of a well-kept two-family house offers modern comfort for 2 guests and families with children up to 3 years old. Please note there are no suitable sleeping options for older children. After an eventful day, a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with fully made cozy bedding and extra pillows awaits you. A foldable crib is available (please bring your own bedding, pillow, and blanket for the crib). Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa, watch a movie on the smart TV, or unwind with a glass of wine after an active day—all in a modern and comfortable setting. The fully equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea varieties, milk, sugar, spices, and all necessary utensils (including kitchen towel). A high chair is provided.
Various welcome drinks are available. The modern bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower is the perfect place to end your day in comfort. Large table suitable as a home office workspace. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
