This is the last village before the Luz-Ardiden ski resort. The property is at the crossroads of three ski resorts: Luz-Ardiden (8 km), Gavarnie (20 km), and Tourmalet (Barèges - La Mongie, 12 km). Nearby: Luz Saint-Sauveur (4.5 km), Barèges (10 km), Cauterets (22 km), Lourdes (30 km).
The village offers over 30 km of hiking trails for all levels, a mountain biking circuit, and the GR10 trail. Hikes start here to famous peaks: Cirque de Gavarnie, Pic du Midi Observatory, Vignemale.
Cyclists have access to Tour de France passes. Year-round, enjoy spas and thalassotherapy. Bungee jumping at the Napoleon Bridge and trout fishing are also possible.

La propriétaire est très sympathique.
Le logement est superbement situé avec une vue imprenable sur les Pyrénées. Le cadre est magnifique.

La troisième chambre de 4 lits superposés n'a pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur ; un compteur électrique très bruyant y est installé, aspirateur et balai en dessous ; pas de volets ni rideaux dans le séjour ; poussière sur les meubles et vitres non nettoyées depuis des mois ; chambre et sanitaires des propriétaires juste au-dessus réveil 7 heures tous les matins ;
