Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Alles ist tipptopp sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und grün. Man kann auch sehr nett draußen sitzen.
Der Besitzer wohnt auf dem Grundstück und ist sehr freundlich.
Die Lage ist zwar nicht super-zentral. Abe...
Aktuell ist das Zimmer noch ein wenig dunkel, da nur ein Fenster. Uns hat es nicht gestört, man ist ja i.d.R. eh hauptsächlich nachts dort und der Sitzplatz ist direkt am Fenster.
Und: Ein Oberlicht ist bereits besorgt und wartet auf seinen Einbau. Damit ist also auch dieser Punkt schon bald passé.
