In Léguillac-de-l'Auche, this peaceful 250 m² country house is entirely yours, sleeping up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
Amenities include an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, a washing machine and games. 2 high chairs and 2 cots are provided.
Self check-in is available. Enjoy a private garden with an open terrace, heated outdoor pool, outdoor shower, plancha, barbecue, thatched shelter and equipped summer kitchen.
Activities include pool, table tennis, table football, air hockey, basketball hoops, a trampoline, pétanque, a swing, slide, football goals, arcade machine, playground, children's toys and books. 5 parking spaces are available on site.
Up to 2 pets are welcome in a fenced area. 2 cats live on site.
Parties are prohibited, but evenings with friends or family are welcome. Check-in from 4 pm; check-out at 10 am. - Late check-out after noon is available for an extra fee. - Bed linen and towels provided on request. - Summer air conditioning is available for an extra fee, with meter readings at check-in and check-out. - A security deposit will be requested via a secure banking link.
It will not be charged. OPTIONAL: enjoy a private spa area surrounded by greenery, with a large whirlpool hot tub (3 seats and 2 loungers) and a cosy chalet.
Bathrobes, soft drinks and small cakes are complimentary.
