The estate features a private garden (covering about 90% of the house, approximately 1,000 m²), a pergola for outdoor dining, indoor and outdoor wood ovens, and a private barbecue. Outside, you will find a private pool open from May to October, depending on weather conditions.

You can relax on the private balcony and enjoy the vineyard landscape.
The property ensures total privacy in a rural setting surrounded by nature. Private parking is available for up to 8 vehicles.
