The casita accommodates 4 guests over two floors.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, accessible from the main terrace via its own entrance and balcony.
On the ground floor, the second bedroom has its own bathroom, conveniently reached through the kitchen/dining area.
This bedroom can be set up with either separate beds or as a twin upon request (shown here with separate beds but usually arranged as a twin).
The casita is well equipped with a dishwasher, wood-burning stove, bed linens and indoor towels, room fans, terrace seating, and pool sun loungers.
Outdoors
The house features charming original elements—traditional stone walls, antique tiles, and is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with olive trees across classic Mallorcan terraces (bancales).

Location & surroundings
The entrance to the property is on the main road between Sóller and Deià.
We recommend renting a small car, as the entrance and driveway are somewhat steep. Some guests find it challenging to drive all the way up; otherwise, you can easily park just inside the gate and walk up through the olive trees—it takes only two minutes.
The house was originally a rural property, and these types of roads are common on the island.
