Welcome to Casa Isabel, your modern, comfortable holiday home on the Costa Blanca.
This well-kept home is in El Verger near Dénia, just 680 m from the sandy Playa Deveses beach.
Enjoy relaxing days in peaceful surroundings. Completed in 2020, Casa Isabel offers around 96 m² of space for up to 4 guests.
The two bedrooms are on separate floors, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Two modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one on each floor, provide comfort and privacy. The bright living area combines cosy seating with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
Air conditioning with cooling and heating functions is available in the living area and both bedrooms. The two terraces are a highlight: start your day with a leisurely breakfast on the east-facing terrace with its pergola.
In the evening, the west-facing terrace offers lovely views towards Serra de Segària and is perfect for watching the sunset. The holiday complex includes a large shared pool (approx. 14 x 8 m) and parking directly outside the house.
Insect screens, roller shutters, fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with German and Spanish channels add to your comfort. Casa Isabel is ideal for couples, friends or a small family looking for a well-equipped holiday home close to the beach and a base for exploring the Costa Blanca around Dénia.
