Excellent location on Lake Maggiore, between Arona and Sesto Calende, easily accessible from the Lakes Highway.
The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all accessories, including a coffee machine, kettle, and oven.
In the living room/kitchen you will find a comfortable extendable dining table and a sofa bed (ideal for one person). The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with hangers.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower.
There are a washing machine, drying rack, and iron.
Upon request, for the little ones, a crib or small bed and a high chair are available.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning.
You can park inside the courtyard, under cover.
