You choose between 2 individually designed apartments: a 58 sqm attic apartment with partial lake view and light-filled rooms, or an upper floor apartment with views of the green landscape and partially visible half-timbering.
Both feature fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms with shower, free WiFi, and cozy living and dining areas. Located 150 m from Lake Constance shore, the property serves as an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, and water sports.
The small historic train station is 3 minutes away on foot, with restaurants, cafes, and shopping in immediate vicinity. Shared parking is available at the property.

Die Fenster sind sehr gut Isoliert.
Eigener kostenloser Parkplatz. Alles vom Gastgeber super organisiert.
Zur Mainau mit dem Auto ca 40 min.

Thermalbad in Überlingen empfehlenswert.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und eingerichtet. In wenigen Metern ist man direkt am Bodensee. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Ruhige Wohngegend.

Sehr schöne und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt.
Die Sauberkeit, hochwertige Ausstattung, liebevolle kleine Details haben uns begeistert.
Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe.
Im Vorfeld erhält man alle wichtigen Details per Mail.
