Our vacation homes are located right on the shore of Lake Goitzsche, in the center of Pouch, yet in a quiet area without through traffic.
The location is perfect for long walks, varied bike tours, or a range of water sports. This modern semi-detached house, newly built in 2025 with a large garden, sits by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the shore only by a pedestrian and bike path.
The architect-designed home offers a unique living experience: a bright living area with a striking six-meter-high exposed concrete wall awaits you. An open staircase connects the living space with stylish bedrooms upstairs.

Die Seenähe und derzeitigen Ruhe von dem Areal.
Die nicht überdachte Terrasse und der davor zur Verfügung stehende Parkplatz. Kein Sessel für eine zweite Person, sowie der zu klein geratene Sonnenschirm.
Super Wohnung. Sehr gepflegt, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, direkt am See gelegen. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und absolut liebevoll eingerichtet.
Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert.
Gerne jederzeit wieder! Nur zu empfehlen 👍🏻 sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare.
