Lage des Hauses
Der Reinigungszustand der Dusche war hygienisch katastrophal verschimmelt, das Waschbecken ist nicht gut abgelaufen,die WHG war oberflächlich geputzt, die Terrasse ungepflegt, der Hecke war mindestens seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr geschnitten, einige Gartenmöbel verdreckt.
