Located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, in the Sierra Oeste of Madrid and just 70 km from the capital, this 150 m² country house is the perfect retreat for a rural getaway from Madrid.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Enjoy stunning views of the San Juan reservoir, known as 'Madrid's Beach', where you can go kayaking, paddle surfing, windsurfing, and enjoy other water sports just a 5-minute drive away.

Vinos de Madrid wine region, with local wineries offering tastings and wine tourism experiences.
