La localisation dans le centre, au dessus du tramway
Appartement cher au vu des prestations et pas adapté aux familles, malgré la mention family friendly.
Problèmes graves avec enfants/personnes âgées :
• couvercle du tableau électrique mal fixé tombé sur ma mère de 74 ans dès l’arrivée
• Fenêtre au-dessus du lit enfant qui ferme mal (4ᵉ étage)
