Clémentine and Sébastien look forward to welcoming you to their holiday home, a charming, fully renovated townhouse in the heart of Prayssas village, in a quiet, pleasant setting.
The 70 m² property sleeps up to 4 people.
It has two flexible bedrooms with king-size, queen-size or single beds to suit your needs, plus a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work and video calls, a TV with video on demand, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine and a fan. For families with a young child, a cot and high chair are available on request. The living room is a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring the region. One of the property's highlights is its location: everything is within walking distance.
The bakery, convenience store and restaurants are less than 100 metres away.
Enjoy a lively village centre while staying in a very quiet neighbourhood. The surrounding area has plenty to discover: hilltop villages, the fortified towns of south-west France, local markets, hiking trails and the rolling landscapes of Lot-et-Garonne. Free parking is easy to find in nearby streets. House rules: parties and events are not allowed.
Please empty the bins and take the rubbish to the collection container, leave dishes clean and put away, and return the property in good condition; otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply.

L’accueil de Clementine et son sens de l’hospitalité était au rendez-vous.
Le gite est magnifique, une literie parfaite, propreté irréprochable et un goût très fin pour la décoration.
Nous recommandons vivement
