The covered terrace, furnished with sofas and a dining table overlooking the pool, is ideal for socializing.
Sports lovers will appreciate the on-site beach volleyball court. Inside, the finca offers about 220 m² over two floors, combining cozy charm with light-filled spaces, French windows, and beamed ceilings.
Unwind in the comfortable living room with satellite TV, or gather at the dining table next to the fully equipped kitchen.
Three bright bedrooms promise restful nights: one double bedroom downstairs, and two upstairs, each with a double bed and access to a terrace with fantastic views.
There are three bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor, and two ensuite upstairs (one with a shower, one with a shower tray). Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is just 5 minutes away by car, and the beautiful beaches of Cala Millor or Sa Coma are about 15 minutes’ drive. Heating is available for an extra fee during winter.
