The well-equipped rustic kitchen invites you to cook and linger.

The large sun terrace, accessible from the living and dining area, offers a comfortable seating area, two sun loungers, and a fire bowl—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

A laundry room with sink, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a small pantry, are also accessible from the hallway. Upstairs, reached via a solid staircase, you will find three spacious country-style bedrooms for up to six guests.

Two rooms have access to the balcony.

In winter, the Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas invite you to enjoy winter sports.

Schliersee and Tegernsee offer numerous wellness centers, spas, sulfur baths, and swimming pools.

Bad Tölz, Rosenheim, Bad Aibling, and the Austrian border are only 30 minutes away by car.
