Welcome to the former Oberförsterei of Sosa.
From April 2026, you will have two rustic and cozy holiday apartments, each offering a spacious 120 m². The apartments accommodate up to 10 (Apartment I) or 8 guests (Apartment II) and impress with their unique atmosphere.
In Apartment I, music lovers will find a piano and a record player, along with many decorative elements recalling the history of the Oberförsterei. Apartment II invites you to relax in the stylish, wood-paneled fireplace room, where you can enjoy a fire and the view over the picturesque village.
Both apartments feature several fireplaces and tiled stoves, with firewood provided free of charge. Sosa is idyllically located at the foot of the Auersberg, offering ideal conditions for hikers and mountain bikers.
In winter, ski fans can reach the Ski-Arena Eibenstock in just eight minutes by car. In summer, you can use the shared pool at Ferienwohnung Neubert free of charge.
It is about a three-minute walk away in the center of Sosa.
Whether you want to cool off, swim laps with a pool trainer, or play water volleyball, the garden property with panoramic views of Sosa has something for everyone. You also have free access to the Sosa beach volleyball arena and the tennis court at the sports ground. Your host warmly welcomes you with a traditional “Glück Auf.”

Freundliche Gastgeber, schön gestaltete FeWo, gut ausgestattete Küche, viele Freizeitangebote, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Grosses Spielzimmer, grosses Wohnzimmer, ruhige Lage.

Wir waren für einen wander- und Erholungsurlaub dort. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr großzügig. Sosa bietet wunderbare Wanderrouten und liegt nahe den örtlichen Attraktionen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und konnte von uns gemeinschaftlich mit den Uralubern der andere Ferienwohnung und Freunden des Gastgeber genutzt werden.
