The gîte features a bright living area with a lounge and equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate WC. Enjoy free access to the washing machine and a private terrace for sunny days.
Parking is available on the street, and you have a private entrance via the path in front of the owners’ house. La Rochelle is just 40 minutes away by car, ideal for a day trip to explore its history, old port, and gastronomy.
The region offers plenty of activities: walking or cycling, visits to picturesque Charentais villages, discovering Atlantic coast beaches, and tasting local products at markets.
Nature lovers will enjoy hiking trails and the preserved landscapes of Charente-Maritime. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented from your host for an extra fee. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility; please leave the property clean upon departure. A perfect stay to relax, explore, and enjoy the Charente lifestyle.
