The modern and tastefully furnished house (built in 2019, 130 m²) with air conditioning and heating is an ideal retreat for 4 to 5 people.
It features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom on the upper floor, and a sofa bed in the living room.
The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) pushed together.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with a fireplace, and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house offers a large covered terrace, a beautiful garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a shaded area perfect for relaxing or enjoying barbecues (gas barbecue and gas bottle available). The communal outdoor pool is open from mid-May to the end of September from 10:00 to 19:30. A large oak tree by the pool provides pleasant shade in summer. Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the house and events are prohibited.
Beach towels are provided.
Please note: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to the unsecured pool area; children may only use the pool under adult supervision. The house is located on a private road on the edge of a typical Provençal village with approximately 1,600 inhabitants.
A supermarket, butcher, bakeries, pub, and restaurant are within walking distance, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
The hosts live locally, but not in the booked house.
