Located in Exoudun, this 270 m² holiday home accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, fan, radiator heating in all rooms during winter, as well as a baby cot and high chair.
This historic stone house offers garden views from every room.
The layout provides everything you need for a relaxing and sociable getaway, with the freedom to add your personal touch. Outside, unwind in your private pool with sun deck, basking in sunlight all day in a peaceful, green setting with no overlooking neighbors.
The pool is secured with a fence and alarm, illuminated at night, and features a shaded terrace with table and chairs.
Water quality is checked weekly.
Three covered terraces, one open terrace, and a barbecue are available.
There’s also a ping-pong table. On-site parking fits up to 6 cars, and there’s a bike storage room.
Smoking is not allowed indoors but permitted outside.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Please avoid arrivals after 11 pm and always activate the pool alarm. The house is in the hamlet of Bagnault, Exoudun, on the Camino de Santiago.
