Personal check-in is provided on arrival. Just 40 meters from the beach, the apartment boasts exceptional sea views and is fully equipped for your comfort: double glazing throughout, air conditioning, a spacious 21 m² living room, large flat-screen TV, radio-CD, DVD player, pyrolytic multifunction oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and a two-door fridge-freezer with ventilated cooling.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, and hair dryer.
Separate toilet. The corner apartment faces south and east (sea side), shaded by the awning, in the center of Canet-Plage, 10 km east of Perpignan and 45 km from Spain, on the Mediterranean’s sandy coast. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Canet-Plage is a lively resort all year, famous for its exceptional 4 km sandy beach, wide and gently sloping—perfect for all water activities.
A secure, guarded underground car park is 20 meters away (highly recommended in summer). A parking space is available for an extra fee. Arrivals are not possible after 8 pm or before 8 am the next day.
