The accessible and barrier-reduced holiday apartment on the first floor offers around 42 m² of living space, including a 5 m² balcony, and is ideal for up to 4 guests (standard occupancy: 2).
The apartment features smart TV and Wi-Fi, is lovingly furnished, functionally designed, and creates a cozy, open atmosphere.
Dogs and cats are welcome.
The entrance area has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The adjoining dining and living area invites you to relax and enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. The front sleeping area offers ample space to move.
Beds have high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames (one electric). A work area with desk and office chair is integrated into the rear part of the bedroom.
The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, featuring a bathtub with shower, bath seat, and multiple grab bars.
The toilet has a standard seat height and built-in bidet.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Hunde. Der flur war super breit und lang das ich mit meiner kleinen Maus Ball spielen konnte. Es fehlte überhaupt nichts im Haushalt ,es ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und das Schlafsofa haben wir uns ausgeklappt ,so konnten wir alle 4 ...
