Close to the beach, the Old Port, and the thalassotherapy center, this 137 m² house features an entrance hall, a bright living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge), three bedrooms on the ground floor (two with double beds, one with four single beds), a shower room, separate toilets, and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and additional toilets. The enclosed, tree-filled garden offers a spacious terrace with a glimpse of the sea—perfect for relaxing after the beach.
You’ll also enjoy a TV, cinema screen (bring your own projector), ping-pong table, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Located in the heart of the Gourmalon district, known for its characterful homes, this Vendée-style house sits on a quiet street leading down to the ocean.
The private garden and terrace provide a pleasant setting for your return from the beach and for socializing. In July and August, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed linen and towels are available to book, each for an extra charge.
A heating package is available for an extra charge from October to March. Pornic, a seaside resort on the Jade Coast west of Nantes, is accessible by SNCF train.
The town is lively with night markets, cinema, an 18-hole golf course, seaside hikes, water sports clubs, marinas, and many sandy coves. We look forward to welcoming you! Bed linen and towels available as options.
