This peaceful, spacious house with Breton charm lies in the countryside between Béganne and Caden and was renovated in 2020. The large garden, shared with a second holiday cottage (private entrance and terrace), has a pétanque court, a swing and space for football.
The large, private south-facing terrace has garden furniture.
Pets are welcome. The large living room has stone walls, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a large dining table.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, SodaStream and washing machine.
A bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet are on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with large double beds (180x200 cm) and one with a double bed (140x190 cm). Bed linen and towels are included.
There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet upstairs, plus a relaxation corner with a small library. Many country lanes wind through meadows and forests, perfect for walks or bike rides.
You may spot wild deer along the way. Foleux harbour is 8 km away.
A bakery, a charcuterie, a pharmacy, a grocery shop and restaurants are within 4 km. You can also visit the beaches (around 30 km away), zoos, tropical parks, museums and characterful towns such as Vannes with the Gulf of Morbihan, the Guérande peninsula, Rochefort-en-Terre, Malestroit, La Roche-Bernard and La Gacilly with its outdoor photography exhibition, and much more. Wood for the wood-burning stove is available for an extra fee.

suite a notre séjour avec beaucoup d enthousiasme nous recommandons ce Avre de paix ,de tranquillité au milieu de la nature. gite très fonctionnelle ,l intérieure est décoré avec beaucoup de finesse.
