No geral e não olhando para os pontos menos positivos, de tudo. A casa tem potencial, carece é de melhor aproveitamento e pequenas melhorias.
Expectativas um pouco defraudadas. O estacionamento existe mas apenas para um carro e é apertado (existe uma árvore que dificulta o estacionar, a saída e entrada dos passageiros e que pode riscar o próprio veículo). Nos diferentes sites, é indicado que existe uma banheira de hidromassagem, o que não...
