The 56 m² apartment in Hermagor-Presseggersee accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and features 1 bathroom.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and a ski storage room for your convenience.
A high chair and a wonderful mountain view are also available. Enjoy your private balcony and access to the shared garden with a sunny terrace—a peaceful spot to relax in any season. You can park in a shared parking space directly at the house; public transport is easily accessible.
Up to 2 pets are welcome, but events are not permitted. The beach is just a 3 to 8-minute walk away in summer, and the ski area can be reached in 20 minutes by free bus in winter.
Several restaurants offering lunch and dinner are also 3 to 8 minutes away on foot.
The property is accessible by train, bus, or car via the highway.
The region offers many activities such as hiking, climbing, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, skiing, ski touring, as well as visits to museums and show mines.
Our tap water is slightly carbonated and exceptionally pure—drink it straight from the tap and avoid plastic bottles.
A small contribution to protecting our Alps.

Fantastic
Das Haus selbst ist schön.

Achim E., Sept 2026, Germany 🇩🇪
