Very nice 3 - star apartment in a prime location, overlooking the Bayerwald - Bergen.

For the comfort, underfloor heating and radiators are available.

You can barbecue on the large terrace, or enjoy the sun until sunset. Directly in front of the apartment is a large terrace with seating and barbecue.
Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas are available for free.

The apartment is located in its own part of the house, with its own driveway on the outskirts. Parking is available in front of the apartment.

Right on the edge of the forest, in a fantastic, quiet and sunny location.
Approximately 8 minutes walk away is the stop for the city and the ski bus (free use with the guest card).
The city center can be reached in a 20-minute walk.
In the immediate vicinity are the train station, the Bavarian Forest sauna and tennis courts.
In winter, a ski training slope and the cross-country skiing center with floodlighting is not far away.
The bike path towards Bayer. Eisenstein or Frauenau is approx. 50 mtr. from the house.
