Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 11 am. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the old town and Stralsund’s harbor within minutes on foot.
Ozeaneum and Marine Museum are also within walking distance.
The property is close to both the city and the beach—ideal for water sports and exploring Stralsund.
For security, the walkway to the houseboat is under video surveillance due to the central location.
This does not mean the area is unsafe—Stralsund is a welcoming city! The owner chose not to build a rooftop terrace due to the unique location.

Tolle Lage am Hafen nah an Innenstadt, Restaurants und Strand. Tolles Meerfeeling. Tolle Aussicht.
Der Geruch durch die Einleitung von Abwasser war teils etwas störend.
Einmal ganz anders, wohnen auf dem Wasser zentral und ruhig
