Located in a new, detached chalet away from the bustle, it combines modern comfort with authentic mountain charm, just 10 minutes from the La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand resorts. The space accommodates up to 4 guests and features a bright bedroom with a double bed (bed linen provided), a welcoming living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and washing machine.
The practical, well-maintained bathroom completes the harmonious layout. Enjoy your own private terrace—perfect for admiring snowy peaks or golden sunsets—and a separate entrance for added privacy.
A reserved parking space on the private property makes coming and going easy. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged on request, available for an extra fee. If not selected, cleaning is not included in the rental. A welcome kit (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags) is provided on arrival; these items are not replenished during your stay and are your responsibility thereafter.
