Located in Plougonver, Côte d'Armor, Ti Maen offers a cozy 35 m² space ideal for 2 guests.
You'll have a living area with a double bed, a TV corner, and a fully equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules.
The private bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Amenities include ground-level access, a private barbecue, heating (radiator in the main room available only in winter), and TV. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included. Enjoy the garden in a peaceful setting surrounded by fields and organic greenhouses.
The shared outdoor heated pool is open from late April to late September and features a retractable shelter for added comfort.
A bike storage room is available.
On-site parking is provided.
One pet (small dog) is allowed. Please note: Parties are not allowed.
Charging electric or hybrid vehicles and scooters on site is prohibited due to electrical limits.

This ground-floor studio is not suitable for babies or wheelchair users. The location is ideal between the Armor coast (beaches 30 min away) and Argoat, near Belle Isle en Terre forests, Guingamp, Lannion, the Pink Granite Coast of Ploumanac’h, and the Valley of the Saints. Language spoken: French.

Un grand merci à Raymonde et Serge pour leur accueil très chaleureux.
Le logement est idéal pour un moment à deux ou seul. La piscine est très appréciable après de belles journées de balade.
