Our detached holiday home "An der Brunnenaue" in Sagard offers you around 80 m² of comfortable living in a peaceful yet central location in the heart of Rügen. Situated in the village center, you have shops and restaurants within easy reach while enjoying a pleasant, rural atmosphere. The bright, open living and dining area with large patio doors creates a welcoming ambiance.

Relax in the cozy seating area with TV, radio, CD, and DVD player.

The integrated, fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for daily use. On the ground floor, you'll also find an entrance area with wardrobe and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with balcony, a children's room with catamaran bed (travel cot available), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior shutters and some insect screens offer extra comfort. A special highlight is the private plot for your exclusive use. The spacious terrace and garden invite you to unwind and, weather permitting, are furnished with garden furniture, sun lounger, and a barbecue.

There is a lockable storage area for bicycles. Thanks to the central location, many of the island's attractions are easily accessible, including the chalk cliffs and the Störtebeker Festival.

Please note that the house is not directly by the beach—Martinshafen and the Bodden can be reached in a few minutes, for example by bike. A free parking space is available directly at the house.

Use of the wallbox is possible for an additional fee and by prior arrangement.
