Villa du Soleil, set between the sea and the garrigue, offers 130 m² of single-level living. Welcoming, peaceful, and filled with light, it’s located close to lagoons and the Mediterranean.
Outdoors
Enjoy a large swimming pool, private gated parking, a bike storage room, and a 600 m² garden.
Location & surroundings
The town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Sète, the cultural capital of the region, is 6 km away, where you can savor fresh shellfish right at the water’s edge at the local producers. The nearest beaches are only 4 km from the villa.
Preserved natural areas—lagoons, ponds, and salt flats—are easily reached on foot or by bike. The Gardiole massif invites you to explore landscapes of holm oaks, olive trees, and junipers, with hiking trails scented with thyme, rockrose, and irises, offering breathtaking views over the entire Thau basin. The villa is perfect for nature lovers and those wishing to discover the richness of the region in a peaceful, comfortable setting.
