Discover Casa Baskings, a charming Mediterranean-style villa fully renovated in 2025, located in the heart of Portopetro, one of Mallorca’s most authentic and peaceful spots.
This spacious 205 m² holiday home blends Mallorcan charm with modern design, perfect for families and groups of up to 8 seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The villa features 4 bright, spacious bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds, built-in wardrobes, and individual air conditioning.
There are 3 modern full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, two with rain showers), all equipped with high-quality materials, LED-lit mirrors, hairdryers, and elegant terrazzo sinks, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The open-plan living-dining area is filled with natural light from large windows and offers a cozy sofa and TV with international channels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils for your meals. Outside, enjoy a spacious Mediterranean garden and a magnificent 43 m² private heated pool, perfect for swimming throughout more months of the year.
There’s also a terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue area with outdoor dining, and a ping-pong table—ideal for family fun or relaxing with friends. The villa is just minutes from Portopetro harbor, restaurants, and beautiful coves with crystal-clear waters. For your convenience, the host speaks Spanish, German, and English, making communication easy for international guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included.
Parking is available on the property. Additional information: a small pet may be accepted on request.
