Lokation af boligen ligger perfekt i byen. Boligens udsigt.

Boligen er ret slidt. Det er nok tre årtier siden der er renoveret. Der er ikke særlig rent. Der lugter dårligt i soveværelserne. Terrassen er helt dækket af pergolaen med vinranker og meget mørk, snavset og mange hvepse pga. vinklaser. Parkeringen er meget langt væk fra boligen.
