In Bellin, Ueckermünde, this renovated 35 m² holiday home sleeps up to 4, with 1 bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed and 1 living room with a double sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, and heating throughout ensure comfort.
An air fryer replaces the oven for warming rolls, etc. Other amenities: coffee machine, HD TV and private barbecue. Enjoy the covered terrace with seating, a table, wooden bench and 2 loungers in the fully fenced private garden, overlooking a field towards the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park.
Bellin beach is just 950 m away; the woodland beach “Bellini Beach” is a 3-minute drive away, and Ueckermünde beach with its dog beach is 5 minutes away by car. Two bicycles are included free of charge and are in working order on arrival; repairs and maintenance (e.g. inflating tyres) are not provided.
Guests are liable for loss or damage. Private parking is available, with public transport nearby.
One dog up to 20 kg is allowed by prior arrangement.
Events are not permitted; quiet hours are 10 pm–6 am. Ueckermünde's old town and harbour are a 5-minute drive away, as is Ueckermünde Zoo. Altwarp harbour for boat trips is 10 minutes away; a petrol station and supermarket are 1.5 km away.

Das Bad ist etwas zu klein,auf Toilette ist es schwer sein Geschäft zu machen zur seitlichen Wand sind nur 10 cm platz

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist völlig ausreichend und bestens geeignet zur Selbstversorgung.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man von einer Küchenausstattung erwartet. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Kurzum, eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft.
Optimal für einen Hund und 2 Personen.

Tim der Gastgeber ist gut zu erreichen, die Lage ist wirklich ruhig. Der Eingang befindet sich Rückseitig da macht es nix wenn man mal den Schüssel stecken läßt. Für 2 Personen mit Hund optimal, der Garten ist sehr schön und hundesicher. Das Häuschen bietet genug Platz für 2 mit Hund, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Den PKW kann man auf dem Grundstück parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
