The house by the paddock is about 150 m from our main farm, located on the edge of the village.
The bright and comfortable ground-floor apartment No. 3 features its own terrace.
It offers two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern shower bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need for a restful stay.
The bathroom is newly renovated with a spacious shower.
From the living room, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the paddock and fields, almost reaching the sea. Washing machine and dryer are available for use for an additional fee. There is a playground by the house with a slide, playhouse, sandbox, swing, and trampoline.
On the main farm, you will find animals to pet and love, such as ponies, horses, a dog, and chickens.
Behind the farmhouse, a large garden awaits with plenty of space to play and run around, featuring climbing frames, a play tower, swings, slides, a zip line, carousel, trampoline, and quiet corners for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing. Fehmarn offers a wide range of leisure activities: riding, sailing, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, golf, diving, or mini-golf—there is something for everyone.

Within 2 km you will find two riding stables, the golf course is just 2 km away, the beach is only 1.2 km away, and the town of Burg with its shopping options is just 4 km away.
